From the moment I spoke with Aleem and he answered our questions in an educated and well mannered way I knew we went with the right mortgage specialist. Every week he would check in during our period of getting mortgaged, just to ease any concerns around interest rates, as well as general house hunting pressures. All in all the friend you want with the knowledge needed to coast through the mortgage market. Most check ins were either virtual or by phone. Also weekly emails. His background is in economics so he does market projections which is backed by years of experience in the mortgage field. If I had to put money on Aleem’s competency, I know I would win. And the best part is even almost 6 months after finding us a great rate and we are settling in… he’s still touching base, if not to just say hi! We have come out with a great house and a new knowledgeable friend we can count on! The best of both worlds.

It was great to not have to worry about where we stood, and knowing we can expect an update at least once per day during subject removal period. To make a long story short, we are very glad that we had Aleem in our corner. He was able to leverage his relationships through his network to help find a great lawyer to help facilitate the closing and he was really helpful in helping us get up to speed with some policies outside of the province. There were some wrinkles along the way that came up with the inspection report and some subsequent negotiations for price decreases that he was an excellent source to lean on. Throughout the entire process I would say that if there was anyone who always operated and demonstrated having our best interests at heart, it was Aleem. I would highly recommend using him and his team if you are looking for honest mortgage advice.

Aleem and I have known each other for a few years now. He has helped me and family with quite a mortgages now. He is really knowledgeable, he really works hard and gives you straight answers to help you get the best. Really satisfied with his approach! The process of working with him is pretty convenient too. He has some simple portal systems set up that made it easier to know what I needed to provide him, I like it, it was clear, simple and efficient. I get regular (weekly) check up calls plus he is available if I have an queries, great guy to chat too! The staff are great too, they are very responsive, overall I have no complaints from his service, professionalism, and the end deals! Getting a mortgage is already stressful, but his team made it really easy for me. You definitely want to chat with this guy before getting your mortgage!
